Our services are non-physical, personalized consulting sessions. Once delivered, these services are generally not eligible for refund.

📅 2. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may change. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session:

🕒 Notice Required – Please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your session.
🔄 Rescheduling – We’ll do our best to offer an alternative time.
🚫 Late Cancellation – Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

💡 Advance notice helps us maintain scheduling fairness for all clients.

💳 3. Refund Eligibility
Due to the individualized and time-based nature of our services, refunds are not standard but may be reviewed under specific conditions:

⚠️ Session Not Delivered – If we were unable to deliver the service due to our own error
🧾 Billing Error – Duplicate payment or administrative mistake
📆 No Show (by advisor) – If we missed a confirmed appointment without prior notice

Refunds are not applicable for:

❌ Completed sessions
❌ Missed sessions without prior notice
❌ General dissatisfaction unless concerns were raised during or immediately after the session
